Covid-19 Information

Due to the everyday rise of Covid-19 cases and our dedication to the safety of all who join us at Bloom Conference, we have set some safety precautions to help us gather in a safe way. This is a learning curve for everyone. Thank you for your grace as we figure it all out!

  1. 1) We will have hand sanitizer stations through the venue.

  2. 2) When you arrive, you will be able to choose your seat and that will be your seat for the event.

  3. 3) Social distancing will be practiced. We have things planned out so everyone will be able to space out.

  4. 4) Masks will be required while you are indoors. You may remove it while you are eating. We appreciate you following this as it helps us to provide a safe environment for all. The speakers will remove their masks when speaking.

FAQs

Who is the conference for?

Originally, the conference was designed for moms, but generally we want to invite all women. While moms (of all ages) are our target audience, we have had non-mom attendees who love the event and come year after year.

I have dietary restrictions, will the lunch that is provided work with this?

Yes, we are working to make our lunch have options for all diets.

Can I bring my kids?

While we know it can be hard to arrange schedules for childcare, we ask that you do not bring your children. We work hard to create the environment at Bloom to be relaxing. However, if you are a nursing mama of a baby under 6 months, we welcome you and your baby!

What will I get from attending?

We will provide so many opportunities for growth and connection at Bloom, but it is up to you to truly get something out of it. Talk to someone new, listen with open hearts and minds. Come ready to be challenged to grow. And of course you will get some swag and possibly win a raffle prize!

What if I have to come alone?

That is okay! You will be in a room full of women who are ready to connect. Be bold and brave and come!

Are there scholarships available?

As people donate tickets, we will have these available. Please email bloomconferencellc@gmail.com for more information. If you would like to donate to this fund, please email as well.

What should I wear?

Wear what is comfortable! We will be meeting inside and it is air conditioned.

Is there a refund if I cannot attend?

Sadly there is not. We encourage you to donate your ticket to a friend!

Any other questions?

Just email bloomconferencellc@gmail.com and we will gladly chat!
